About Laura.

Laura is a British trained Osteopath, personal trainer and western medical acupuncturist. She has been passionate about the human body and its ability to adapt from a young age. This is mostly due to her experience rehabbing a variety of her own injuries from equestrian sports. Laura’s mission is to develop the patient’s ability to understand and “listen” to their body, in order to achieve health and performance goals.

Since making the move down under to New Zealand seven years ago, Laura has worked in private practice in both North and South Island. Here she has continued her education with a post graduate diploma in Western Medical Acupuncture, and furthered her interest in injury rehabilitation with studies in personal training. In January 2022 Laura established her clinic “The Recovery Project” in the beautiful Cromwell, Central Otago. In her spare time you can find Laura, skiing, weight-lifting, rock climbing & hiking or anything to do with the outdoors!
