What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a traditional form of holistic therapy that aims to treat the body as a whole. Here at ‘The Recovery Project’ we blend a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation to get you feeling your best again. You can find out more about both of these therapies under our “services” tab. Osteopaths are also a registered Primary Health Care Practitioner and are ACC providers which means you do not need a doctor's referral to be seen by us.
