A hybrid program is the best of both worlds it combines the personal touch of in-person coaching with the flexibility and accountability of online support. You still get real-time guidance when you need it, but with structured check-ins, customised plans, and expert coaching in your pocket between sessions. It’s designed to give you faster results, more freedom, and long-term success without needing to be in the gym every day.

What’s the first step to see if this is right for me?

Can you explain how the Program works?

You’ll get a personalised plan based on your goals and training history. You’ll check in weekly with your coach, send training videos for feedback, and progress through your plan with support the whole way. You can train at your gym, at home, or with us it’s fully hybrid.

What’s included in the Program?

Your program includes a 1:1 Deep Dive Assessment (online or in-person), tailored rehab and performance programming, coaching check-ins, video feedback, and access to your custom training app. We combine expert coaching with clear structure no guesswork.

I’ve been told to stop training before. Do I have to stop training to do this Program?

Nope. Our job is to keep you training safely while getting you out of pain. We don’t believe in full rest unless it’s truly necessary (and it rarely is).

Can I come into your facility in person for my consults

Absolutely if you're local to Cromwell, we’d love to see you in person. If not, we can do everything online via Zoom with zero drop in quality.

I’m doing group training right now. Do I have to give that up?

Not necessarily. We’ll work around it or alongside it. If we need to tweak anything for better recovery or faster progress, we’ll explain why you’re never left guessing.
